 As the outreach ministry of The Connection, 1hope is a Christian humanitarian effort, serving people locally and internationally.
Outward
When a church becomes more outward in her focus, fulfilling the Great Commission, she is propelled forward into the purposes and plans God destined to impact generations to come.
Opportunity
1hope is about opportunity, a fancy word for need. Nasty, raw, belly clenching, heart rending need. We will connect you with people you may never get the chance to meet. People who have been easily forgotten and set aside: street kids, abandoned youth and young girls fleeing human trafficking.
Friends
We partner with friends, friends we invite to our homes and spend the weekend at the beach with, trusted missionaries and ministries we have known for years and seen the results and the impact they are having on the community.
Join the Cause
We do it because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because there is nothing like the smile of a child that has finally found home. We do it because if the church does not pioneer justice in the third and developing world who will? Jesus meant for hope to show up where it was least expected, perhaps even right at the front door of a little village hut.
